Reaching an ADHD diagnosis requires a thorough investigation of the individual's life history, starting from early childhood.
The purpose of the questionnaire is to collect information about possible ADHD symptoms across various life areas, beginning from early childhood. By completing the questionnaire and engaging in a subsequent discussion with a psychologist, you will gain insight into your unique traits and potential challenges in different areas of life.
The psychologist will provide an English-language ADHD diagnostic questionnaire for independent completion. If you are not proficient in English, it is possible to complete the questionnaire in Estonian in the form of an interview with the psychologist, by scheduling a separate appointment (75 minutes).
The questionnaire is part of the diagnostic process, and the final ADHD diagnosis will be confirmed by a psychiatrist, based on the data collected earlier and during the appointment.
