ADHD Diagnostic Package

We provide professional support for individuals suspected of having ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder). Our goal is to conduct a comprehensive mental health assessment to identify the causes of symptoms and determine the most appropriate treatment. 

*This service is available to individuals aged 18 and over. 

The package includes the following components: 

1.Clinical interview  

During the clinical interview, we assess your symptoms, life history, and how your difficulties affect your daily life.  

Please note: If the initial assessment reveals that the symptoms are primarily caused by another condition (e.g. severe depression, an anxiety disorder, an addiction problem, or psychosis), the primary focus will first be on treating that condition.Specific ADHD assessments are carried out only when medically appropriate and once the primary condition has stabilised. (If necessary, you will only be charged for the initial appointment that took place.) 

2. Structured ADHD interview (2 × 1 hour) – DIVA-5

If the initial interview supports proceeding with the ADHD assessment, we systematically assess patterns of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity in both childhood and adulthood, as well as their impact on daily functioning. To ensure a thorough assessment, the interview is conducted over two separate days. 

3. Psychiatric consultation with an initial treatment plan.  

The assessment results are reviewed by psychiatrist Dr Reeli-Kadri Kullamaa-Sepa who also prepares the initial treatment plan.
