About me
Adults who wish to better understand their feelings, thought and behavior patterns, or find support in difficult situations are welcome to my practice. I mainly deal with mood and anxiety disorders, activity and attention disorders, and addiction-related issues. You are welcome to contact me for psychological assessment (to better understand your difficulties) as well as for counseling and therapy. My approach is evidence-based, yet humane and supportive.
The work can be short-term or a longer therapy process — depending on your goals and readiness.
I have been working as a psychologist since 2017. In my work, I value a safe and respectful working relationship, where people can calmly and without judgement focus on what is important to them at that moment.
I am curious about both the world around me and the inner world of people, and I consider my continuous professional development and acquisition of new knowledge to be very important. I have completed introductory training courses in cognitive behavioral therapy and family therapy and am continuing my studies in cognitive behavioral therapy. I am a certified clinical psychologist and a member of the Estonian Association of Clinical Psychologists.
