Tervisekassa lepinguga kaetud psühhiaatri vastuvõtule registreerimiseks ei ole vajalik saatekiri. Saatekiri on vajalik pöördumiseks kliinilise psühholoogi vastuvõtule.

Patsiente teenindatakse üleriigilise ravijärjekorra alusel Tervisekassa lepingu mahus ning vastavalt ravikindlustuse seaduse nõuetele. Kõiki patsiente koheldakse ravijärjekorda võttes võrdselt ja registreeritakse tervishoiuteenuse osutamiseks üldjärjekorras esimesele vabale ajale või patsiendi soovil hilisemale vabale ajale olenemata registreerimiseks valitud kanalist.

Ravijärjekorda peetakse programmis Ekliinik. Kodulehel broneerides on võimalik valida endale sobiv teenus, külastuse aeg ja spetsialist, ravijärjekord on avatud 6 nädalat etteulatuvalt. 

Broneerimisel kantakse ravijärjekorda järgnev informatsioon:

– teenuse osutamise aeg;

– teenust läbi viiva spetsialisti nimi;

– kliendi ees- ja perekonnanimi;

– kliendi e-posti aadress;

– kliendi telefoninumber;

– kliendi isikukood.

Visits with a Referral

Clients may also book an appointment with the clinical psychologist at our centre with a referral from a family doctor or specialist doctor. In this case, treatment is funded by the Estonian Health Insurance Fund.

From 1 April 2025, an amendment to the Health Insurance Act enters into force, changing the maximum outpatient specialist visit fee for insured persons.

According to the amendment, the visit fee is 20 euros.

The visit fee is 5 euros if outpatient specialist care is provided to an insured person who is:

1. under 19 years of age;
2. pregnant (except when outpatient specialist care is related to pregnancy or childbirth);
3. the mother of a child under one year of age;
4. over 63 years of age;
5. receiving a disability pension or old-age pension under the State Pension Insurance Act;
6. assessed as having partial or no work ability under the Work Ability Allowance Act;
7. nemployed within the meaning of the Labour Market Measures Act;
8. a recipient of subsistence benefits under the Social Welfare Act, or a family member of such recipient, if subsistence benefits were paid to the person or their family during the month of specialist care or during the two preceding months.

 

Please notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours before the booked appointment. For later cancellations or failure to attend, the full fee according to the current price list must be paid (based on invoice). This includes visits booked with a GP referral that were not cancelled on time. In such cases, the company reserves the right to offer future services according to the paid price list. Hinnakiri: kliinilise psühholoogi vastuvõtt 110 eurot; psühhiaatri vastuvõtt: 55-180 euot sõltuvalt broneeritud ajast.
