Analytical Psychotherapy

Analytical psychotherapy is a form of therapy that explores a person’s inner world, relationships, and life experiences in order to better understand the roots of their difficulties and the patterns that have developed over time, while supporting meaningful change.

Analytical psychotherapy is based on the theories of C. G. Jung and can help address a wide range of mental health concerns — from relationship difficulties to anxiety and depression.

Therapy focuses on understanding the underlying causes of emotional distress, with particular attention to childhood experiences, relationships with parents, and unconscious processes. Dream analysis, working with symbols, and exploring a person’s relationship with themselves also play an important role.

This form of therapy supports you in addressing difficulties while also offering an opportunity for deeper personal growth. Sessions usually take place once a week and last 60 minutes.
