About me
I welcome adults who are seeking support in coping with life’s challenges, developing a greater sense of safety, deepening self-understanding, and finding inner balance. My work focuses primarily on issues related to trauma, anxiety, prolonged stress, burnout, and nervous system overload.
My approach is trauma-informed and body-aware, based on the understanding that a person’s experiences are reflected not only in their thoughts and feelings, but also in their body and nervous system. Depending on each person’s needs, I draw on psychological counselling, trauma-informed and body-based methods, Somatic EMDR, parts work, mindfulness and breathing practices, as well as music therapy techniques.
I consider a safe and respectful therapeutic relationship, sensitivity to each person’s individual pace and needs, and a holistic view of the person to be essential.
I am a psychologist (MA, University of Tartu) and hold a Level 7 professional qualification as a creative therapist specialising in music therapy. I have continued to develop my expertise in trauma-informed and body-based therapeutic work. My training includes a 60-hour Somatic EMDR training programme, an IFS trauma treatment programme, and therapeutic yoga training designed to support trauma recovery.
