About me
I welcome adults who are looking for solutions to complex situations, such as traumatic life events, burnout, addictions and codependency, crises, or violence. I also help those who want to understand and improve their relationships, find clarity in their career choices, or simply move forward in their lives.
I am a family psychotherapist, supervisor, and coach with many years of experience. People and their environment have been at the center of my nearly 35-year career. The most important aspect of my work is establishing a warm and trusting relationship with my clients. With the client's best interests in mind, I choose suitable and effective methods, including best practices in structural family therapy, supervision techniques, psychodrama and constellation-based methodologies, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), neurocoaching, and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).
I am a member of the Ethics Committee of the Estonian Supervision and Coaching Association, and I belong to the Estonian Family Therapy Association and the Estonian Academic Society for Sexology. I have had the honor of participating in the compilation of several guidelines concerning the health of children and young people and health-promoting environments. I have worked at the National Institute for Health Development and as a lecturer at Tallinn University and Tallinn Health Care College.
