About me
Adults and adolescents aged 15 and older are welcome to see me. You can contact me if you feel anxious or depressed, are experiencing stress or burnout, have problems in your relationships or family, want to solve work-related challenges (e.g., difficult relationships with colleagues or managers), want to get to know yourself better, and want to engage in self-development.
I believe that a trusting relationship is built through an empathetic and accepting attitude that allows people to feel safe. Patients have often expressed surprise at how comfortable they feel talking to me and how much they are able to share with me.
I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Tallinn University and a master's degree in cognitive science from Ruhr-University Bochum in Germany. I started working as a psychologist at Kuressaare Hospital in 2020. I have completed a national clinical psychology internship and supervised practice, introductory courses in cognitive behavioral therapy, introductory courses in family therapy, and am currently training to become a psychoanalytic psychotherapist.
