I am a mental health nurse with over 11 years of experience in counseling children, adolescents, and adults. For me, the most important thing is a safe and trusting relationship—a place where you can calmly talk about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I take a holistic approach to mental health, considering both psychological and physical well-being. I use science-based counseling methods in my work to support your daily coping and lasting well-being.
During your appointment, we will take the time to understand your current situation, needs, and goals. We will then agree on a plan that will help you cope better in your everyday life.
I have completed introductory training courses in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and family therapy, and I am a certified nutritionist and yoga instructor. I believe that mental health is closely linked to lifestyle, exercise, a balanced diet, and conscious self-care. I will help you find the path to better well-being that is right for you.
