About me

I like people and enjoy providing practical mental health support. In recent years, I have devoted myself to discussing mental health issues on Estonian television in my first profession. Hopefully, with three seasons of the program "Selge pilt" (Clear Picture), we have helped to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. This is very important in order for things to start moving in the right direction.

I also know that acknowledging your concerns and finding the courage to seek help can be difficult. That is why it is important to practice noticing moments that give you the opportunity to start creating new thought patterns. Creativity is a great help on this journey. I believe in the power of creativity and the ability to develop in every person. Creativity and inventiveness help you think and act in new ways – better ways!

Finding evidence-based and creative solutions to cope with various challenges is what I practice on a daily basis and integrate into the activities I offer. I mainly work with people who have symptoms of anxiety and depression. However, since the aforementioned symptoms can also be part of many other mental disorders, the desire to change something in your life is more important than the diagnosis!

I am a creative therapist with a master's degree from Tallinn University. And I firmly believe that ALL people are creative and inventive. This "place" must be rediscovered and awakened in people so that new and supportive patterns of thinking and acting can provide the necessary support in everyday life.

In addition to creative therapy methods and techniques, I am proficient in forum theater methodology and have completed training in animal and nature therapy. In my case, self-improvement is a constant process.
